Galeyo has been awarded in the Talent & Culture category at the Management Excellence Award (MEA) 2025, organised by UniCredit Bank Bosnia and Herzegovina in partnership with Deloitte.
The award ceremony was held on November 20, 2025, at the Golf Club restaurant in Sarajevo, bringing together companies recognised for excellence in leadership, management practices, and long-term impact. Being selected among this year’s winners is a meaningful acknowledgment of how we build our teams, develop leaders, and grow responsibly.
At Galeyo, talent and culture are not side initiatives. They are a strategic foundation.
Our approach to people is closely aligned with our business goals and long-term vision. We invest in growth-aligned talent planning, personalised development paths, and continuous learning, ensuring that individuals and teams evolve alongside the company. From structured onboarding and mentorship to quarterly development reviews and leadership opportunities, we focus on creating an environment where people can take ownership and grow with confidence.
We believe strong cultures are built on autonomy, trust, and responsibility, not hierarchy. Leadership at Galeyo is not a title, but a role that develops through initiative, collaboration, and real contribution. Team leads and senior roles evolve naturally, allowing knowledge, accountability, and decision-making to be shared and sustained over time.
What sets Galeyo apart is a leadership model grounded in trust. Employees are encouraged to participate in strategic discussions, challenge ideas, and contribute beyond their defined roles. Through initiatives such as the Innovation Lab, internal knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration, we create space for curiosity, ethical thinking, and innovation with purpose.
Our reward and recognition systems are built to be fair and transparent, with a clear focus on meaningful contribution and real impact.
This recognition comes during an important chapter in our journey, as we continue to grow under the Galeyo name. While the rebrand marked a clearer expression of who we are, this award confirms that the values behind it have been lived for years.
Winning the Talent & Culture award is not about a single moment or initiative. It reflects consistent work, thoughtful leadership, and a shared commitment to building a company where people feel trusted, challenged, and supported.
We are grateful to Deloitte and UniCredit Bank BiH for recognising the importance of culture and leadership, and we congratulate all other companies awarded this year. We are proud to be in such company.
As we move forward, our focus remains the same: building a workplace where people grow, leadership is shared, and values are practiced every day.
