The project will help Galeyo strengthen its internal systems, improve how knowledge is managed and shared, and build a more systematic approach to international growth, with a focus on the Swedish and EU markets.
Through the project “Strengthening competitiveness through an AI-driven operating model: HRM, Knowledge Management and internationalization”, Galeyo will work on strengthening its internal AI governance framework, improving how organizational knowledge is structured and shared, and developing a more systematic approach to internationalization.
The project includes the development of an internal AI-Hub platform for HRM and Knowledge Management, digitalization of onboarding and learning processes, and activities that support Galeyo’s positioning as an AI-ready and knowledge-driven organization.
For Galeyo, this project represents another step toward building more resilient internal processes, stronger knowledge-sharing practices, and long-term readiness for international partnerships.
The project “Strengthening Competitiveness through an AI-Driven Operating Model: HRM, Knowledge Management and Internationalization” is supported through the Challenge2Collaborate (C2CoLab) Fund under the SPRING programme, funded by Sweden.
Through this support, Sweden continues to contribute to strengthening enterprise development, fostering innovation, and enhancing the competitiveness of the economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The SPRING programme is jointly implemented by Eda - Enterprise Development Agency, Mozaik Foundation, and the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency (SERDA).
